The Food and Beverage Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service and customer satisfaction, as well as team management, maintaining standards, and achieving revenue and expense goals.

Qualifications: Female, aged 35 years and above Education: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Business Experience in service / restaurant / hotel / golf course Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of trends and standards in the food and beverage industry Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software Basic English communication skills
