Café & Fruit tea Shop Manager or Assistant manager/ผู้จัดการร้านคาเฟ่และชาผลไม้

Oversee daily fruit tea shop operations: Manage opening & closing, daily operations, and maintain excellent store standards

Inventory & Waste Control: Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and strictly manage fresh fruit and raw material freshness/waste.

Quality & Food Safety: Ensure drink quality, store hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly maintained.

Team Management: Handle staff scheduling, attendance, shift coverage, and team training.

Customer Service & Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and in-store issues professionally.

Store Admin Support: Assist Store Manager with daily store administration and sales reporting.

Qualifications: Thai National only (สัญชาติไทย) Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in F&B, Cafe, or Bubble Tea industry. (มีประสบการณ์ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ หรือร้านชานม 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป) Language Skills: Good command of English communication (Chinese is a plus). (สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี หากพูดภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and high responsibility.
