At Charlie works, we are looking for proactive central planners (morning shift). Are you willing to take full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity and staffing stability in all regions during the crucial morning hours? Then read on!

In this role, you are central to our morning shifts (05:00-14:00) and ensure that disruptions such as absences, transport problems, sickness notifications, and urgent replacements are handled quickly and effectively. You ensure that all departments receive a complete, accurate, and consistent handover by 08:00 at the latest. You will work from our head office in Den Haag.

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for monitoring and coordinating all morning activities in multiple regions, including no-shows, transport problems, sickness absence, and urgent replacement needs.
• You ensure a rapid solution to disruptions to minimize the impact on customers and temporary workers, while constantly remaining in contact with area planners, support teams, temporary workers, and customers.
• You manage absence cases and ensure a complete and accurate operational handover to all regions every morning by 08:00.
• Additionally, you handle escalations, follow up on critical issues, and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency during the morning control window (05:00-14:00).

Job Requirements

• You have an MBO-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in the field of planning, logistics, human resources, or operational coordination within the staffing industry.
