Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Ensure accurate product information and development tracking within the PLM system
- Partner with all relevant teams to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness and quality
- Negotiate costs and timelines while maintaining high quality and sustainability standards
- Manage development timelines, approval processes and PLM data accuracy to meet deadlines without compromising design integrity or margin goals
- Analyse performance, consumer insights and competitor activity to guide product development decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Merchandising or related fields
- More than 8 years of relevant experience in fashion product development
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, materials, costing, quality standards and supplier management
- Experience in using and maintaining PLM systems, including product data, specifications and development milestones
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance, consumer insights and market trends
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
