Fundraising and Supporter Assistant

Charity Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Fundraising and Supporter Care Assistant, to join an international charity based in Camberwell, London. This is a temp to perm role, offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established organisation dedicated to making a difference. This is a full time office-based role, and candidates must be available to start immediately. As a Fundraising and Supporter Care Assistant, you will provide personalised supporter care receiving high volumes for incoming calls, thank supporters appropriately and handles complaints within agreed timeframes. You will process supporter data, donations, requests and queries, ensuring accuracy at every stage. The Fundraising and Supporter Care Assistant acts as the first point of contact for supporters and members of the public across phone, email, post and social media, responding promptly, professionally and helpfully. The Fundraising and Supporter Care Assistant put supporters first and will champion the importance of supporters throughout the organisation and work closely with Team Leaders, fundraising teams and Managers to resolve complex donations and queries.

Experience: Customer care experience Call centre experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive conversations with clarity and reassurance, while working under pressure. Maintaining excellent attention to detail, using IT systems effectively
