Job Title: Registered Service Manager

  • Hours: Full time
  • Salary: £50,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Godalming, Surrey

The Meath Epilepsy Charity is seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead a group of residential services and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

This role would particularly suit a manager with experience of supporting people with epilepsy and a strong understanding of the needs, aspirations and challenges faced by young adults aged 18+, enabling them to lead services that deliver meaningful outcomes and opportunities for independence.

Reporting to the Senior Registered Managers, you will provide strong leadership across multiple services, supporting and developing staff teams, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements. You'll be a visible and supportive leader, building positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external professionals.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience managing residential, supported living or social care services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA and DoLS.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A minimum Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification, with a willingness to work towards Level 5 if required.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
