Overnight Analyst

Responsible for coordinating and resolving breakdown incidents involving transportation units, including trucks and trailers, while they are on the road or at logistics centers. This role serves as the primary liaison between drivers, mechanical workshops, roadside assistance providers, and Operations to ensure timely resolution and minimize vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to breakdown alerts and reports, prioritizing incidents based on severity, location, and operational impact.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, towing services, workshops, and emergency providers to ensure rapid response.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout the breakdown resolution process, providing guidance and updates.
• Document breakdown incidents, including cause, location, resolution, repair costs, and service provider performance.
• Track repair progress and validate completion before vehicles return to active service.
• Analyze breakdown trends and recurring issues and collaborate with Maintenance and Fleet teams on preventive measures.
• Manage warranty, repair orders, billing documentation, and vendor-related information for external services.
• Coordinate incident communications with Operations, Insurance, Management, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and assist with training when required.
• Adapt to changing operational needs and support additional tasks or projects as required.
