Bilingual CCTV Monitoring Operator

Objective:

Ensure the security of our facilities. Responsible for keeping the yards safe, remotely monitoring security cameras to detect unusual activities, and coordinating with internal departments in case of emergency or accident.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely monitor security cameras to identify suspicious or unusual activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments in case of emergency or accident.
• Ensure the security of the trucks.
• Responsible for providing accident reports or captures/video to the Security team in case of any incident.
• Stay familiar with company policies and other office rules and regulations.
• Be attentive to any suspicious activity or alterations. Assess risks and request assistance when necessary.

Knowledge and skills:

• Fast learner: technological/computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills; mandatory experience with Microsoft Office.
