Senior Architect (Registered Architect/ Statutory)

The Company Our client is a well-established international architectural firm with an established portfolio of projects across various sectors. The Role We are seeking an experienced architectural professional to lead project teams across design development and project delivery. The role will oversee design coordination, technical execution, client engagement, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion. Manage design teams, resources, deliverables, and project timelines. Oversee design development, technical documentation, and statutory submissions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery. Mentor and develop junior team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. 10–15 years of relevant architectural experience. Strong design, technical, project management, and team leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Proficient in BIM, particularly Revit Architecture. Experience in mixed-use or infrastructure projects is advantageous. BOA registration and GMP/GMFP certification will be advantageous.
