No Experience Needed About Chapelhouse Established motor retail group with 35+ years’ success 10 branches across the Northwest Brands include MG, Suzuki, Omoda & Jaecoo Motor Trader Award shortlist: Employer of the Year, Customer Care Award & Dealer Group of the Year Growing, customer-focused team environment What We Offer 5.5-day working week (alternate Saturdays, half day) Up to 34 days’ annual leave Bonus opportunities & employee discounts Company sick pay & wellbeing support Full training, development & career progression Opportunity to build a career within an expanding motor group The Role Support the Service Department with scheduling, job cards and customer updates Deliver a first-class customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection Assist with explaining servicing and repair requirements and providing estimates Learn to identify appropriate additional service opportunities Prepare invoices, process payments and maintain accurate records Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and retention What We’re Looking For No previous motor trade or Service Advisor experience required Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the telephone Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn Previous customer service, retail, administration or sales experience is desirable but not essential Eligibility Right to work in the UK required No sponsorship available If you’re customer-focused, enthusiastic and looking to start a career in the automotive industry , we’ll provide the training and support you need to develop into a successful Service Advisor.
