Reporting to the Armament Onboard Quality Sector Manager, you are assigned to the Armament Onboard sector of a ship from keel laying to delivery; your mission is broken down as follows:
- You define and implement the quality monitoring system for the project within the onboard armament sector: inspection, 1st assembly, audits, pre-visits....
- You coordinate the implementation of monitoring plans by the quality teams and operational staff
- You handle detected non-conformities, analyze their causes, and ensure their resolution
- You contribute to the development of a quality culture among operational staff (leading information sessions for project stakeholders)
- You supervise and operationally lead a team of quality technicians
- With an engineering background, you have technical and industrial knowledge (welding, mechanics, production techniques, etc.). Knowledge of quality tools and processes in an operational context would be appreciated.
- You are recognized for your rigor and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and communicate with other company departments.
- You have good interpersonal and synthesis skills.
- You have an appetite for field-based positions.
- A very good level of English (written and spoken) is necessary.
