Do you want to take part in the supply chain for unique projects! Within the Supply Chain department, reporting to the "Supply Chain Affaire" Sector Manager and working closely with the Project Manager, you are responsible for the deployment and management of the supply chain strategy for the works for which you are responsible. You ensure the correct application of the supply chain process, you manage actions, and coordinate the various stakeholders from different departments and project teams. To carry out your actions, you work in close collaboration with all supply chain services (Planification, Approvisionnements, Compétence métier ERP, Logistique magasins,...), but also with other sectors of the company (Achats, Stratégie de Réalisation, Direction Technique, Equipe affaire,...). In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

  • You build the main purchasing schedule,
  • You define the supply limits specific to the work,

. You implement existing management tools and you are expected to develop new ones . You lead data quality monitoring actions for your work,

  • You ensure proactive monitoring of the supply chain operation, you use indicators/dashboards and analyze situations to manage corrective actions, and report alerts to Management and the Affaires,
  • In consultation with operational services and supply chain methods, you deploy new processes and procedures specific to the strategy of each work,
  • You ensure the optimization of solutions and organizations in order to control supply chain costs,
  • You mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from different organizations.

With an Engineering background, BAC+5 or equivalent, you have real knowledge of the different supply chain activities (planification, achats, approvisionnements, logistique). Ideally, you have acquired experience in engineering and/or construction.

  • You are rigorous, methodical, persevering, and experienced in project management and reporting to Management.
  • You are concerned with quality and performance. You master and have an interest in IT tools (SAP, Excel, VBA, BO, ...).
  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills: you work with the different Supply Chain services and coordinate with business interlocutors.
  • You know how to listen and negotiate.
  • You have a good level of English.
