You will join the Peinture Anticorrosion design office, a department of 10 people responsible for the studies and industrial preparation of anticorrosion for structures. Working in close collaboration with the central data administration team, you will be in charge of the following activities:
- You plan and anticipate needs by producing long-term load/capacity curves and declaring forecast hourly volumes at the start of a project, based on feedback and project data.
- You administer project databases, ensuring the creation, updating, duplication, transfer, and management of access rights, while guaranteeing the correct integration of data into the ERP via the configuration of applicability grids.
- You load, check, and adjust data in the ERP, from initial integration to the launch of work orders. You monitor loading errors, correct them, and integrate necessary modifications in connection with the relevant teams.
- You analyze and ensure data reliability by identifying inconsistencies, communicating them to internal clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of master data.
- You provide support to managers and sector members for data exploitation and the use of the ERP and business applications.
- You participate in the evolution of production ranges, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to update them based on expressed needs.
- You hold a Bac +2 or Bac +3 degree in Quality, Industrial Logistics, Computer Science (oriented towards information systems or databases), or in production/logistics management.
- Proficiency in an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor...) is indispensable, as is a good knowledge of Excel, particularly pivot tables and macros.
- You also possess a fine understanding of industrial flows and planning concepts (loads/capacities). You are comfortable with databases and know how to read technical documents.
- You interact regularly with other departments, which requires interpersonal skills, rigor, and adaptability.
- You have a good written understanding of English for reading certain technical specifications.
