Job Description You coordinate the assembly activities of the Retrofit/modernization sector (modification projects on vessels in operation, mainly cruise ships). You perform the identification of needs and the monitoring of the production load for the sector. You manage the qualification and selection of assembly subcontractors for projects. You participate in the definition of the strategy and the management of the Services BU. You fulfill the functions of Responsable Travaux Bord (RTB) on the projects assigned to you and as such: You perform the definition of the assembly strategy, the planning of works, and the drafting of subcontracting contracts. On board vessels in operation or during technical stops, you manage daily with a team of supervisors the works in compliance with the 'safety, quality, costs, deadlines' objectives of the project and the company. You maintain regular contact with the shipowner, repair yards, and classification societies. You participate in the implementation of progress actions for the BU.
Profile Description You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the execution of technical projects in the naval or oil&gas sectors. You have acquired skills in mechanics or piping. You have a taste for field work and are dynamic. Your interpersonal skills allow you to combine diplomacy, rigor, and good communication.
You are proficient in spoken and written English.
Medium-term travel (up to a few weeks) is to be expected several times a year.
