Electricity Project Manager - Marine Energies M/F
The Renewable Marine Energies Business Unit of Chantiers de l'Atlantique has been active for several years in the renewable marine energy markets, particularly on electrical substation contracts for offshore wind farms. Within the electricity sector of the EMR BU, you have overall responsibility for the commitments made by the company regarding your assigned Project. Your main missions are as follows:
- You are responsible for the implementation of the contract, in compliance with company processes, with the goal of achieving objectives (customer satisfaction, monitoring and implementation of progress actions applicable to the Project),
- You ensure the relationship between the client and the company for the electricity scope of a project, namely the stepping up and transfer of HT electricity, SCADA, LV electrical production, integration and distribution, communication and security systems, lighting, automation...
- You coordinate and supervise the progress of studies and procurement and ensure general monitoring of the scope during the fabrication, outfitting, and testing phases,
- You validate design studies and contribute to the search for optimization of the designed quantities,
- You are responsible for the entire budget related to the concerned scope and ensure the management and active handling of risks and the reduction of non-qualities,
- You perform regular reporting on the progress of the Project and on the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadline.,
- You perform technological monitoring, write improvement plans for your field of activity, and successfully carry out the inherent progress actions.

With a background as an electricity engineer or a generalist engineer with experience in electricity, you are rigorous, methodical, and have good skills in the field of contract management. You enjoy teamwork. You possess general knowledge of electrical systems. Your interpersonal skills allow you to combine diplomacy and good communication with a focus on the customer. An excellent knowledge of English is indispensable.
