The group ensures the distribution of fine wines through its merchant house based in Margaux ULYSSE CAZABONNE and the LAVINIA group. A major player in the Bordeaux market, Ulysse Cazabonne distinguishes itself through its commitment to excellence, a rigorous selection of crus and a privileged relationship with its clients. Its distribution network was extended by the integration of the LAVINIA group in 2024.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Management Controller (M/F) for the Les Vignobles and Ulysse Cazabonne scope. Within a team composed of an FP&A Manager and an apprentice, you will play a key role in steering the various viticultural activities.

Missions

Business and budgetary steering

Create activity monitoring dashboards (sales and margins) to support sales managers in their steering

Perform budgetary monitoring and analytical cost reviews

Participate in the budget preparation and revision process in connection with budget holders

Closings and reporting

Participate in accounting closings, including the consolidation process (IFRS)

Prepare group reportings (Chanel) under the supervision of the FP&A Manager

Manage physical stock inventories and ensure their quality

Transformation projects

Participate in the Group's ERP change project

Develop the use of the BI tool and propose reportings that meet the needs of different users

Deepen the reliability of databases and data analyses

CSR: you contribute to the CSR reporting project

Participate in the improvement of financial processes

Higher education Bac+4/+5 in finance, management control or equivalent

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

Very good mastery of Excel, appetite for information systems and data management

Fluent English

Rigor, organizational skills, curiosity and autonomy

Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit

Interest in the wine field
