*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This role requires the ability to respond to incidents promptly, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance safety measures.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and security activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
*Requirements*
- Must be 19+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as required.
Pay: $19.60 per hour
