What We're Looking For

  • Practical experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, servicing or commissioning
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Strong hands-on technical ability
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and system specifications
  • Willingness to learn a new HVAC technology and undergo specialized training
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and follow technical procedures
  • Residential, commercial or industrial HVAC experience is an advantage
