Finance Executive

Job Description: Handle daily operational AP/ AR / GL tasks including verifying, invoicing, payment, receipts, staff claims, and others Perform Monthly Reconciliation Generate statements of accounts for the respective departments and customers Assist in preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports and audit schedules Assist with monthly financial closing and ensure responsible accounting entries are properly, timely and accurately updated Perform general bookkeeping, prepare quarterly GST return and handle full sets of accounts Perform other supporting functions within the Finance Department Perform other duties to be assigned Requirements: Degree or diploma in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional accounting qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with hands-on accounting experience. Self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills Candidates who are available immediately or at short notice, with relevant working experience, will have an advantage.
