What will your day look like?

• Professional management and leadership of the workshop diagnostic team: workload distribution according to targets, building schedules, training new employees, and implementing professional standards
• Full responsibility for the daily operation of the workshop: planning, organization, managing the daily plan, and quality control
• Providing service to internal and external customers, handling complaints and damages, and providing responses to the service center
• Inventory and procurement management, budgets, invoices, compliance with safety standards, and equipment maintenance
• Professional management and control over the work of subcontractors (installations, bodywork, tire shop), including work orders, performance monitoring, and supplier billing
• Management of external installations for the fleet and routine work with suppliers
• Leading team meetings and training, working with multiple interfaces, and providing technical solutions
• Management of the damage control system: employee supervision, reporting to suppliers, generating invoices, and routine control
• Trend analysis, identifying gaps, and leading continuous improvement processes, including system permission management

What is important for us that you bring with you?

• Technical certification for workshop management
• Two or more years of managerial experience
• Full command of Office applications and high orientation toward computer systems
• High-level technical English
• Leadership ability, order and organization, decision-making, and working under pressure
