About the Role
We are looking for a Bridal Retail Consultant to join our team and assist clients throughout their bridal shopping and fitting experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting, styling, and fitting bridal gowns and cheongsams to meet their preferences
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Conduct client appointments and actively support sales activities to achieve showroom targets
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure gowns and accessories are kept in excellent condition
- Capture basic photos and videos for social media and studio content to promote products
- Support daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow and client experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passion for fashion, styling, and the bridal industry
- Warm, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Comfortable with photography and creating short-form photo/video content
- Professional, responsible, and well-organised
- Availability to work Thursday to Sunday, 12pm to 8pm
Other Information
Part-time position with basic salary plus commission
