Reception Manager SEASON27 LOGE (M/F)

Nestled in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, Chalet Hôtel La Marmotte is currently looking for its future Reception Manager - someone who will know how to carry this spirit to their team and our guests, from the first smile upon arrival to the last at departure.

What we entrust to you

• Supervise and grow your reception team, with high standards and kindness: scheduling, recruitment, onboarding of newcomers, skill development
• Manage reservations and commercial optimization
• Ensure that every guest feels warmly welcomed, and handle unforeseen events or complaints with fairness
• Manage the cash desk, closings, and monitoring of performance indicators
• Act as the link between the reception and other hotel departments

Who you are

• You already have at least one year of experience as a reception manager, with team management within a 3 or 4-star establishment.
• You hold a BTS Hôtellerie Restauration, Responsable Hébergement, or equivalent degree
• You speak English fluently - a 3rd language is a real plus
• You know how to take charge and keep your calm in all circumstances
