SEASONAL RECEPTIONIST 27 (M/F)

The Chalet Hôtel La Marmotte & La Tapiaz located in the station of Les Gets is looking for a receptionist for the 2026-2027 winter season.

Your missions:

1. Welcome and customer relations

• You welcome and inform customers with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.
• You handle arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out).
• You handle specific requests and complaints with reactivity and efficiency.
• You contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering a personalized welcome and quality service.

1. Administrative and commercial management

• You manage reservations, phone calls, emails, and customer requests.
• You process payments and ensure the administrative follow-up of stays.

1. Coordination and organization

• You coordinate information with the various hotel departments to guarantee a quality customer experience.
• You participate in the smooth daily operation of the reception.

1. Quality, safety, and compliance with procedures

• You apply the current safety and confidentiality rules.
• You ensure the cleanliness of your workspace and the good image of the establishment.
