Management Trainee(major inFood science /Engineer/Supply Chain)

1.Quality Management: Learn and implement food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000), assist in quality inspection, production process improvement, and food safety compliance. 2.Equipment Management: Participate in the daily maintenance and optimization of food processing equipment, learn equipment management systems, and enhance production efficiency and equipment stability. 3.Supply Chain Management: Understand raw material procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to optimize supply chain processes and ensure stable production supply. 4.Rotate through key positions in the factory to gain in-depth knowledge of production operations and enhance comprehensive management skills. 5.Participate in production improvement projects to enhance factory operational efficiency and promote lean management.

Qualifications: Bachelor graduates preferably in Food Science, Engineering, supply chain or relate fields with an outstanding academic background. Fresh graduates are also welcome Proficiency in MS Office Good command in English and Chinese would be an advantage A positive attitude and willingness to learn
