If you have EXPERIENCE in:

• Experience in sales and anticipation of guest needs, requirements, and preferences before their arrival, as well as personalized attention during their stay at the hotel.
• Knowledge and experience in administrative controls such as collection and invoicing.
• Strong inclination toward guest and/or visitor attention and service.
• Knowledge in software management.
• Advanced English (C1).

You possess the following SKILLS:
