*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient food preparation process. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety while supporting the cooks and chefs in meal preparation.

*Duties*

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients for meals.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support cooks during meal service by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as needed.
• Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for daily operations.
• Participate in cleaning duties at the end of shifts to maintain hygiene standards within the kitchen area.

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
