Accounts Payable Analyst

Important company representing foreign houses in the Import of Dairy products and Derivatives. It is looking for your talent as 'Accounts payable analyst'

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs

Activities:

Management and control of accounts payable to national and foreign suppliers. Reception, review, and registration of invoices in ERP system. Programming and follow-up of national and international payments. Reconciliation of statements with suppliers. Control and follow-up of outstanding balances. Registration of operations in national and foreign currency. Validation of exchange rates and documentation of international payments. Clarification of differences in invoicing and payments. Preparation of accounts payable reports and aging of balances. Support in monthly accounting closings. Control of payments, control of accounting records. Control of CDFI, Invoicing, and also of the SAT. Integration of accounts payable vs. integration of month-end closing.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, or completed Administration English level, basic Minimum Experience 3 years

Workplace: 5 minutes from the Ángel de la Independencia
