Mid-Level Purchasing Analyst

Responsibilities and Attributions Analyze purchase requests and perform quotations with a focus on cost reduction and compliance with defined service SLAs; Negotiate supply and service provision contracts, ensuring the best conditions for the company; Develop new suppliers, aligning them with the organization's needs and policies; Act in collaboration with different departments, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of procurement processes. Keep data organized, clear, and accurate regarding all purchasing activities; Monitor the implementation and update of procurement procedures, always seeking continuous improvement. Prepare purchasing reports in Power BI
Requisites and Qualifications Completed degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in the Purchasing area, preferably in industrial segment companies, with a differentiator for acting in the renewable energy generation sector; Advanced English; Knowledge of national and international purchasing processes, focusing on meeting the demands of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of wind and solar farms; Knowledge of equipment importation; Knowledge of SAP B1 and Hanna; Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI, including data analysis and processing, preparation of reports, and Purchasing indicators, will be considered a differentiator. Resilience and ability to adapt to changes, challenges, and pressure situations, maintaining focus on results and area priorities.
