Junior Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Analyze purchase requests and perform quotations with a focus on cost reduction and compliance with defined service SLAs;
• Negotiate supply and service provision contracts, ensuring the best conditions for the company;
• Develop new suppliers, aligning them with the organization's needs and policies;
• Act in collaboration with different departments, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of procurement processes;
• Maintain organized, clear, and accurate data on all procurement activities;
• Monitor the implementation and updating of procurement procedures, always seeking continuous improvement.

Requisites and Qualifications

• Completed degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in the procurement area in companies within the renewable energy generation segment;
• Intermediate English;
• Knowledge of national and international procurement with a focus on industrial operation / maintenance;
• Knowledge of SAP B1 and Hanna;
• Desirable knowledge of Power BI;
• Desirable knowledge of Importation.
