Job Description

As part of an IT transformation program within a major international player in the banking and financial sector, we are looking for a Senior Infrastructure PMO to support the governance and management of strategic projects related to IT infrastructures.

You will join a department responsible for the management, evolution, and performance of the group's infrastructure services. The scope covers various technical areas including systems infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, workstations, databases, application servers, and IT production services.

Functions and responsibilities

As a Project Management Officer (PMO) M/F, you will work on infrastructure and technological transformation projects with the following responsibilities:

• Steering and monitoring of Infrastructure & IT Production technical projects
• Facilitating and preparing steering committees and governance instances

• Monitoring of schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators
• Management and consolidation of project resource consumption

• Referencing and monitoring of technical architectures
• Coordination of various IT and business stakeholders

• Production of reporting and management dashboards
• Participation in the continuous improvement of project management processes

• Contribution to the management of the Infrastructure and IT Transformation project portfolio

• Reporting and dashboards

• Minutes and support materials for steering committees
• Updating of technical repositories

• Compliance monitoring and project quality control

Technical Environment

The position requires a good understanding of the following environments:

• IT Infrastructure
• Linux / Unix

• IBM AIX
• Microsoft Windows & Windows Server

• Networks and Telecoms
• MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet

• VPN and network connectivity
• IP Telephony (TOIP)

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, O365)
• ITIL and IT service management best practices

Required qualities to succeed in this role

• Significant experience as an IT PMO, Infrastructure PMO, PMO Project Manager, or IT Project Coordinator
• Mastery of project governance methods and portfolio management

• Excellent reporting, analysis, and coordination skills
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures and production environments

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is appreciated
• Ease in interacting with technical departments and project teams

• English: B2 level
