Job Description

You will join CGI, a global leader in consulting and digital services in Paris, within the France Direction.

In a context of accelerating AI usage, your mission will be to structure and accelerate the development of our AI offering in France, by leveraging the expertise and capabilities of the Group internationally.

A true leader of influence, you will contribute to the development of our market positioning, support teams in developing new opportunities, and embody CGI's AI expertise to our clients, partners, and the ecosystem.

Functions and responsibilities

Define and drive the AI strategy for CGI France

• Structure the vision and roadmap of the AI offering in alignment with the ambitions of CGI France and the Group.
• Identify development opportunities and contribute to positioning CGI as a reference player in the AI market.

• Structure differentiating offerings by capitalizing on French and international expertise as well as Group innovations.

Accelerate business development

• Support sales teams on strategic opportunities and high-stakes pre-sales.
• Design innovative value propositions that address our clients' transformation challenges.

• Actively contribute to revenue development and the growth of AI activities in France.

Represent CGI and develop its influence

• Embody CGI's AI expertise to clients, partners, and the ecosystem.
• Represent CGI at conferences, events, roundtables, and public speaking engagements.

• Develop CGI's visibility by producing and sharing expertise and foresight content.

Support the most strategic transformations

• Provide your expertise on the most structuring and high-value-added AI programs.
• Intervene, depending on opportunities, as an Executive Advisor, Mission Director, or Sponsor of strategic programs.

• Support clients in their transformation decisions and guarantee the excellence of the proposed approaches.

Unify and develop the AI ecosystem

• Lead the AI community in France and promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices.
• Support skill development and grow AI expertise within the teams.

• Develop synergies with international teams to accelerate innovation and promote the Group's know-how.

Qualities required to succeed in this role

You have at least 10 years of experience acquired within an ESN, a consulting firm, or a recognized digital transformation player.

You have notably:

• developed or structured an offering, a practice, or an activity around AI;
• contributed to business development and won strategic opportunities;

• supported executives in their transformation challenges;
• managed complex AI programs, from strategy definition to implementation;

• a fluent level of English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written.

You possess a solid understanding of technological issues and know how to transform this expertise into value for clients.

The position also requires:

• A strategic vision, combined with a strong capacity for analysis and high-level perspective.
• Recognized leadership, capable of unifying, influencing, and mobilizing around a common ambition.

• Credibility and a consulting posture with high-level executives.
• An ability to develop business, create new opportunities, and generate value.

• An aptitude to carry CGI's vision and know-how to clients and the AI ecosystem.
• A capacity to transform technological innovations into differentiating offerings and value propositions.
