Join a critical banking environment with high technical requirements

As part of the evolution of its infrastructures and the modernization of its technical foundation, our client, a major player in the banking sector, is looking for an Expert Infrastructure Linux / AIX / Kubernetes / Hosting M/F.

You will work within teams of experts in charge of strategic platforms, with a key role in the administration, evolution, and provision of infrastructures supporting critical applications.

This mission is intended for a confirmed or expert profile wishing to work on complex environments combining Linux, AIX, Kubernetes, automation, and production infrastructures.

Functions and responsibilities

Infrastructure administration and evolution

• Ensure the administration and operational maintenance of Linux and AIX environments.
• Participate in the evolution of the technical foundation and the continuous improvement of infrastructures.

• Perform installations, configurations, and system updates.
• Guarantee the availability, performance, and stability of the platforms.

Production support and expertise

• Handle alerts, incidents, and complex requests.
• Perform technical analyses and remediation actions.

• Support project teams in the provision of infrastructures.
• Participate in change management and the improvement of operational processes.

Automation and industrialization

• Develop and maintain automation solutions via Ansible and AWX.
• Participate in the industrialization of system administration operations.

• Contribute to DevOps and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain technical documentation of the infrastructures.
• Ensure the tracking of incidents and changes in Jira.

• Produce activity reports and maintain the technical repositories of the scope.

Required qualities to succeed in this role

• Significant experience in Unix/Linux systems administration.
• Expertise in IBM AIX and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

• Good mastery of Kubernetes and containerized infrastructures.
• Experience in automation with Ansible and associated tools.

• Knowledge of NetApp storage solutions.
• Ability to operate in critical production environments.

• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a taste for technical expertise.
• English level B2
