Project Director F/H Job Description You will join CGI, a global leader in consulting and digital services. Functions and responsibilities You will intervene in the following areas:

Commercial:

• Business development of one or more client accounts (farming and hunting)
• Promotion of the visibility of CGI's know-how
• Participation in and leadership of pre-sales actions and responses to calls for tender
• Proposal of Innovation approaches and ability to showcase CGI know-how, particularly in this field

Delivery:

• Steering of several Build projects, from contract signature to the end of the work, including financial and organizational management, compliance with deadlines and quality, and resource steering
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Animation of governance bodies

Management:

• Responsibility for a team of 12 to 15 engineers
• Supporting the career development of your direct reports

Qualities required to succeed in this role We are looking for a leader capable of sharing the CGI vision with our clients, our teams, and our partners. You must carry a strategic and ambitious vision to members and clients.

Main expected skills:

• Knowledge of the IT service world with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Agile project build as a Project Director
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, listening
• Ability to build lasting partnership relationships with our clients
• Leader and upright, you possess a true managerial fiber
• Serious, rigorous, organized, you love quality work
• Technical expertise would be an important asset
• Fluent English

A good understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain environments or digital transformation challenges would be a plus, as well as experience in operational steering or management of IT domains for major accounts.
