You will join CGI, a global leader in consulting and digital services, and support our clients in their transformation projects.

Within CGI, our Business Unit supports players in Industry, Distribution, and Services in their strategic transformation programs, leveraging the INFOR M3 solution.

As a Consulting Director Expert, your intrapreneurial talents, leadership, and expertise in the INFOR ecosystem are at the heart of our business development. You will play a key role in accelerating our presence in the French market, developing our offerings, animating our community of experts, and strengthening our strategic partnership with INFOR.

Functions and responsibilities

Your missions will include:

• Contributing, alongside the sales teams, to business development by representing INFOR M3 expertise to clients,
• Supporting clients in their Cloud ERP transformation programs and in the operational excellence of their daily operations,

• Developing differentiating offerings by leveraging CGI's global expertise and the specificities of the French market,
• Promoting the visibility of CGI's know-how to clients, the market, and our partner INFOR,

• Developing and animating the INFOR M3 community: recruitment, supporting consultants, knowledge sharing, and skill development,
• Mastering and evolving the M3 offering by contributing to the annual business plan of the offering as well as its operational implementation,

• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and contributing to the success of strategic programs.

Required qualities to succeed in this role

You have at least 15 years of experience with INFOR solutions and have participated in the development of a practice, a Business Unit, or a strategic offering.

Your skills are as follows:

• You master the INFOR ecosystem as well as the transformation challenges of industrial companies,
• You bring a global vision of business processes in an end-to-end transformation approach,

• You possess solid credibility with business and IT decision-makers,
• You have a strong culture of business development, pre-sales, and offering construction,

• You have experience managing complex transformation projects in international environments,
• You know how to unite teams, develop talent, and grow a community of experts,

• You enjoy convincing, transmitting, and building within a collaborative and intrapreneurial environment.

English, level C1, is indispensable.
