Your tasks

Job Description You want to intervene in different business sectors (Industry, Pharmaceutical, Service, Distribution, Agri-food, Public Services, ...) and participate in the construction as well as the evolution of an information system within agile product teams in the field of Supply chain.

Your mission is to be at the heart of business challenges and to experience exciting missions, where innovation and Business expertise are constantly put at the service of our clients, thus balancing the value proposition to our clients and your own professional growth.

Functions and responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will work on strategic projects, from the expression of business needs to the validation of information systems and their deployment, in a national and also international context.

In this capacity, you will be required to

• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs related to the Supply chain (logistics, procurement, planning);
• Be a source of proposals for process optimization and participate in their modeling;
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams (requirement gathering, creation and structuring of backlog);
• Formalize functional needs: detailed specifications, user stories, prioritization;
• Participate in the design of solutions (ERP, APS, WMS) and the implementation of innovative solutions;
• Provide functional support to technical teams, follow development phases, and coordinate various stakeholders;
• Design and execute functional tests, and support user acceptance testing;
• Contribute to deployments and ensure change management for users;
• Provide post-deployment functional support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school or university training;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Supply chain field;
• Good knowledge of Supply chain processes (forecast, supply planning, logistics, distribution);
• Proficiency in tools such as ERP (SAP, Oracle) or Supply chain solutions;
• Ability to structure analyses and communicate effectively;
• Team spirit, ability to work in a demanding environment, autonomous and curious;
• You are comfortable in English.
