Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As our operations grow, we are looking for new talent to join our successful international team and are now seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant with diverse experience in various service management related tasks, both in IT and on the business side. CGI is a ServiceNow Elite partner, and our ServiceNow Center of Excellence operating in Finland is one of eight centers of excellence worldwide.

Your task will be to design and deliver solutions based on ServiceNow technology, configuring them to our customers' needs, including end-user self-services, service desk work processes, and integrations with third-party systems. Tasks also include proposal work and participation in ServiceNow events.

The location of the position is Helsinki.

Requirements for the position

We require at least two years of experience in ServiceNow platform development tasks.

Experience is desired in the following areas:

• ServiceNow programming skills (Scripting) - Creating and managing the Self-Service Portal and CSM entity (incl. forms, views, and mobile interfaces) - Maintenance and release of services and products - Knowledge of architecture (incl. domain models, permissions and roles, integration interfaces) - Reporting, report management, and publishing - ServiceNow System Administration certification as a minimum requirement

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Other ServiceNow certifications - ONEiO experience - Knowledge of the ITIL framework and certification - Experience in project management
