We are looking for an experienced Drywall Taper to join our small, skilled crew. If you take pride in a clean finish, show up on time, and know how to run a job from tape through final coat ? we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taping and finishing drywall on residential and commercial projects across Greater Victoria
• Applying and feathering joint compound through all coats (tape, fill, finish)
• Matching existing textures and performing patch repairs
• Popcorn ceiling removal and re-texturing
• Venetian plaster and decorative finish work (an asset, but not required)
• Keeping a clean, organized worksite throughout each project
• Communicating clearly with the team and working independently when needed

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on taping and finishing experience
• Solid understanding of all finishing levels (Level 3 through Level 5)
• Experience with texture matching ? knockdown, orange peel, smooth finish
• Comfortable working on both residential renovations and commercial sites
• Reliable ? shows up, follows through, and gets the job done right
• Own hand tools preferred; valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Experience with Venetian plaster or decorative finishes(is a plus, not a requirement)
