Job Objective

Manage assigned accounts from end to end (quote to close), ensuring the level of service and detecting business opportunities in expedited services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Relaciones Internacionales, Lic. Comercio Internacional / or Comercio Exterior, Lic. Internacionales / LAE.
• Advanced English (C1) desirable, intermediate - advanced at minimum.
• 2 to 4 years in customer service, inside sales, or customer service in transport, agencia aduanal, forwarder, or broker.
• Experience in accounts in the automotive, manufacturing, leather-footwear, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and/or logistics sectors.

Job Functions and Activities

• Management of service requests and quotes
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and communication, ensuring service compliance.
• Comprehensively manage information, projections, and records of assigned accounts.
• Collection and review of fiscal and commercial documents (despachos aduanales).
