Location: León, Guanajuato.

Job Objective:

Execute, supervise, and provide real-time follow-up for the shift's expedited shipments, ensuring punctual delivery and documentary closure, or managing deviations in advance to meet client commitments.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in international trade / or foreign trade, Bachelor's in international relations / LAE. Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, or related.
• Intermediate-advanced English (B2) minimum, advanced (C1) desirable.
• 2 to 4 years in traffic, dispatch, operational coordination, or customer service in carriers, freight forwarders, or brokers.
• Experience in cross border operation Mexico – United States.

Job Functions and Activities:

• Management and validation of shipments.
• Real-time tracking of units from collection, crossing, transit, incident, and delivery.
• Contingency management / Activation of protocols.
• Performance evaluation of carries.
• Shift handover with a log of shipment status and critical pending items.
