Experience identifying, sizing, and executing EBITDA enhancement opportunities involving cost reduction, margin improvement, revenue growth, working capital, or operational performance. Experience developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and presenting financial analyses, business cases, recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership. Experience designing and overseeing governance, KPI reporting, initiative tracking, value capture, and benefits realization processes across multiple workstreams. Experience managing and developing project teams while contributing to business development, proposal efforts, client expansion, or practice-development initiatives.

Experience working directly with private equity funds and portfolio companies. Experience leading operational improvement, cost optimization, post-acquisition performance improvement, or EBITDA enhancement programs. CPA, CFA, PMP, or other relevant professional credential.

Who thrives here: Strategic operators who can connect financial performance, operational execution, and broader business objectives. Leaders who are comfortable managing complex engagements and establishing credibility with senior client stakeholders. Strong problem solvers who can move between detailed analysis and executive-level recommendations. Collaborative leaders who create accountability while mentoring and developing Managers and Consultants.
