Manager – Accounting Advisory and Operational Support CFGI is expanding and hiring candidates passionate about operations, accounting and financial advisory, and having experience in a “Big 4”, to join its growing French team. What you can expect: CFGI managers work closely with finance departments, in mid-sized companies or large groups, in an international environment.

• Intervene as part of high value-added operational support missions for finance departments
• Lead diagnostic and financial process improvement missions
• Support project teams engaged in the implementation of financial transformation initiatives
• Supervise and develop a team of consultants
• Contribute to the firm's “Go To Market” strategy and ensure excellent relationships with clients

Profile You have a successful experience of 4 to 6 years or more within a consulting and audit firm (Big 4) with a strong taste for operations. A dual background combining a firm career and experience within a finance and accounting department would be ideal. You have a Bac +5 in finance or accounting. A degree in French accounting (DEC, DSCG) or foreign - Chartered Accountant, US CPA (or equivalent) - is desirable. You are committed, rigorous, autonomous and determined.
