Team Leader Production Planning (m/f/d) (Technical Business Administrator (Further Education))

CFF GmbH + Co. KG has been involved in the development, manufacture, and distribution of functional cellulose fibers for more than 45 years. Our fibers, produced exclusively from organic and renewable raw materials, are used in road construction, construction chemistry, industrial applications, as well as in filtration and the food industry. We export our products worldwide.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and guidance of the production planning team, regulation of task distribution and all responsibilities
• Support of the AV team in day-to-day business
• Control of processes in production planning and warehouse management
• Functioning as a Key-User during the introduction of SAP 4/HANA
• Continuous checking and maintenance of relevant AV master data
• Cross-interface communication and cooperation with Sales/Purchasing/Production
• Construction and establishment of a warehouse control center (KPI system)
• Monitoring of KPIs

Your profile:

• Master Craftsman in a technical field with commercial knowledge, alternatively IHK Wirtschaftskaufmann or comparable
• Experience in ERP and warehouse management systems, ideally SAP 4/HANA
• Experience in handling KPIs
• Initial leadership experience
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
