Job Summary

You will be responsible to ensure the smooth delivery of the Society’s Education and Content programmes, which include CFA Society Singapore preparatory and executive programmes. You will also assist with funding administration of the CFA Program and promote CFA Institute’s certificates and other programs.

Job Responsibilities

Management of Programmes

  • Ensure that the curricula of CFAI-related prep programmes are refreshed on a regular and timely basis and made promptly available to the lecturers.
  • Assist with filing of IBF-accreditation of programmes.
  • Review the marketing communications to tailor to the target audience for CFAS courses and programmes.
  • Assist with scheduling of information sessions.
  • Assist with sourcing of venues for classes/courses and payments to vendors.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of CFA Society Singapore's preparatory and executive programmes.
  • Check enrolment records for accuracy and for funding purposes.
  • Verify tracking of attendance on systems.
  • Collate mock exam questions, prepare for exams logistics and processing of exams results.
  • Present at the training site when needed, which entails working on some weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
  • Assist with the development of new programmes.
  • Undertake other administrative duties related to the programmes being offered.

Programme Registration & Enrolments

  • Handle pre-admission enquiries of the preparatory and executive programmes, and process student applications and enrolments on registration portal and TPGateway.
  • Ensure timelines for funding eligibility from agencies are met.
  • Administer, process and submit reimbursement claims of course fee from government agencies such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF).
  • Issue certificates of completion to students and participants and ensure that they are in compliance with the requirements of the funding agencies.
  • Assist in reviewing and upgrading the infrastructure requirements for programmes.
  • Assist in closing of sales for programmes.
  • Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures of all the Education and Content Committee programmes and processes are up to date.
  • Respond to audit queries and matters on all Education and Content programmes.

Trainer/Lecturer Matters

  • Conduct regular surveys on quality of teaching and programmes, and collate results for evaluation and review to continuously improve the experience for students and lecturers/trainers.
  • Handle candidate and trainer feedback and/or complaints with tact and discretion.
  • Liaise with lecturers/trainers on scheduling of programmes and learning materials.
  • Assist with management of lecturer/trainer contracts.
  • Assist with checking and submission of payment of lecturers/trainers' fees to Finance.

Involvement in Society Events

  • Undertake other duties andprojects assigned by the senior management.
