Your tasks
About the Role: CF Interiors is seeking a CRM & Data Administrator to help maintain the systems and business data that support our sales, customer, and operational teams.
This role will be the primary administrator for HubSpot and will also work with data from our ERP/POS, customer portal, and other business systems. The CRM & Data Administrator will help ensure information is accurate and well organized, maintain reports and dashboards, support system users, and assist with ongoing improvements to our business processes.
_CRM Administration_
- Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for HubSpot and related customer-facing systems.
- Manage users, permissions, fields, pipelines, workflows, lists, sequences, automations, and other system configurations.
- Maintain the CRM as sales processes and business requirements evolve.
- Monitor workflows and automations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external support or vendors when needed.
- Help ensure CRM information is complete, accurate, and consistently maintained.
_Data Management & Quality_
- Maintain the quality and consistency of customer, company, sales, product, vendor, and other business data.
- Perform regular data reviews to identify duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistencies, and outdated information.
- Manage data imports, exports, bulk updates, data cleanup, and routine reconciliations.
- Help maintain consistent data between HubSpot, our ERP/POS system, customer portal, and other business systems.
- Document data standards and help employees follow consistent practices when creating and updating information.
_Reporting & Analysis_ Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for sales teams and management.
Work with CRM, ERP/POS, product, vendor, customer, and sales data to provide visibility into areas such as:
- Sales performance and trends
- Sales pipeline and opportunities
- Customer and account activity
- Product and category performance
- Vendor performance
- Conversion and account development
- Other key business measures
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and help stakeholders find the information they need.
Review reports for accuracy and investigate discrepancies when results do not align with underlying data.
Help maintain consistent definitions for commonly used reports and business metrics.
_ERP/POS & Business Data_
- Work with data from CF Interiors' ERP/POS environment, including sales, product, vendor, customer, and transaction information.
- Assist with maintaining accurate product, vendor, customer, and related business records.
- Extract, organize, and analyze ERP/POS data for reporting purposes.
- Reconcile information between systems and help identify the cause of data discrepancies.
- Work with internal teams to correct data issues and improve how information is maintained.
_Sales Process Support_
- Maintain HubSpot pipelines and CRM processes that support CF Interiors' B2B sales activities.
- Partner with sales leadership and users to ensure opportunities, projects, accounts, and activities are accurately captured.
- Help maintain clear pipeline stages
