Industrial Management Controller (M/F)

Your mission:
Reporting to the Group CFO, as the Industrial Management Control Manager, you are a key player in the group's industrial performance. As a newly created position, you are responsible for structuring and developing the management control function within a context of major transformation. You will support the transition toward an anticipatory, agile, and operational budgeting logic, which supports the group's competitiveness, profitability, and diversification ambitions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the budgeting process, anticipate forecasts and adjustments, and propose appropriate corrective measures.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports (Revenue, margins by customer and by product, EBITDA, cash-flow) to the Executive Committee, with actionable recommendations.
- Perform in-depth financial analyses (ROI, variances) to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Guarantee the reliability of industrial cost management (standard costs, variances, monthly closings: stocks, provisions, depreciation, payroll).
- Manage an existing management controller, establishing a close working collaboration with this person.
- Act as a true Business Partner to operational teams, developing proximity, proactivity, and a fine understanding of industrial issues.
- Design and deploy innovative management control tools adapted to the industrial model.
Profile Description:
Your profile:
- Graduate of a BAC +5 degree in finance or management control, such as a PGE from a business school. A university degree, or technical training supplemented by training in finance or management control, may also be suitable.
- You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial management control, ideally in the automotive sector or a similar industrial sector.
- You have already contributed to the transformation of a finance function toward a strategic Business Partner role.
- You are accustomed to working on ERPs and ideally SAP, and you are proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel.
- You speak English at an operational level.
- Your qualities: rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to teach/explain.
