Company:

Our partner is a Group specializing in the design and manufacture of transport systems for goods and people, recruiting a Workshop Manager (M/F) for its subsidiary in Moissy-Cramayel (77).

Position:

We are looking for a person with good technical and managerial knowledge, comfortable with basic IT tools.

You have a good command of English and hold a CE license.

You enjoy contact and have a sense of customer satisfaction. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good commercial sense.

You must also demonstrate rigor, common sense, pragmatism, and perseverance.

M issions:

You are in charge of the management and supervision of a team of about ten people. In this capacity, your missions are to implement the objectives transmitted by the Site Manager,

• Receive customers,
• Establish fault diagnostics and quotes,
• Lead the team,
• Optimize time and the distribution of employees' work,
• Monitor indicators, organize and manage the workshop,
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction while respecting current regulations and safety.

Profile Description:

Profile:

Junior Engineer or Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field (mechanics, boilermaking) and in managing after-sales service teams, ideally in the repair of heavy goods vehicles, construction equipment, or agricultural machinery.

Your technical background, leadership, organizational skills, and interpersonal ease will be the keys to your success in this position.
