Project Manager Retail Marketing (all genders)

You will become part of an open and committed team that rolls up its sleeves together and supports one another. In doing so, you will work on diverse projects for well-known drugstore chains and food retailers. In developing innovative marketing measures for over 5,000 PoS in Germany, you will have a lot of creative freedom and can specifically develop your professional and personal competencies in retail marketing.
Your Tasks
- Stakeholder Management: Holistic consulting and support of internal stakeholders in various projects
- Campaigns: Planning, conception, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
- PoS Measures and Advertising Materials: Research, development, and implementation of innovative PoS measures as well as conception and production of print and digital advertising materials
- Project and Cost Control: Management of timings, project processes, and budgets, as well as independent cost planning and control
- Analysis and Presentation: Analysis of relevant key figures, derivation of concrete recommendations for action, as well as preparation and presentation of project results
- Service Provider Management: Creation of briefings as well as selection, coordination, and management of external service providers
Your Profile
- Qualification and Professional Experience: Completed degree with a focus on Marketing or Communication or a comparable training, as well as several years of experience in project management, ideally in a retail environment
- Marketing and PoS Competence: Experience in the planning and implementation of marketing measures, especially in Point-of-Sale marketing
- Project and Budget Control: Confident handling of budgets, timings, and various stakeholders, as well as a good sense for efficient project processes
- Communication and Independence: Strong communication skills, independent and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm: Joy in winning people over for topics and projects with a sympathetic and convincing manner
- Service and Team Orientation: Strong service-oriented thinking as well as joy in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Language Competence: Good English skills in speaking and writing
