As an air freight agent, you will organize the transport of goods for our clients in France and internationally. You will act in close collaboration with all departments (warehouse, customs, HUB, network, accounting, sales, customer).

What will you achieve?

• Receipt of transport requests
• End-to-end transport organization, according to the SOP (file opening, Pick up, control of various documents, invoicing, drafting transport documents, customs preparation, verification of BAE, pre-alert of shipment, confirmation of boarding, POD request, etc.)
• Monitoring the smooth running of transport at every stage
• Verification, at each stage of the file, of the compliance of all documents (according to international exchange regulations and current procedures)

Who are we looking for?

Technical skills:

• Good level of English (written, oral)
• Knowledge of incoterms
• Mastery of IT tools, especially Excel

Soft skills:

• Enjoy teamwork and approach work organization with a flexible approach based on client imperatives
• Reactive and rigorous
