Site Manager (m/f/d) - Lich near Gießen (Logistics Specialist)

SOME OF YOUR TASKS:

• You complete the ramp-up of the warehouse and are responsible for performance, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• You lead our central and operational departments and develop them structurally and methodically
• You are the interface to all internal, external, and public stakeholders and partners of the warehouse in Lich
• You are responsible for the consistent compliance with all Ceva standards, specifications, and fulfillment of customer requirements
• You initiate and guarantee the success of change and improvement processes

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A completed university degree or comparable vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in the ramp-up and operation of fulfillment centers with full budget and profit responsibility
• Leadership experience and strength in medium-sized companies and/or international corporate environments
• E-Commerce and proven experience in contract logistics (3PL) are a plus
• Strategic foresight, analytical skills, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and intercultural competencies
• Business fluent English skills, good German skills are an advantage
