Management and Inventory Systems Manager - Warehousing

We are looking for a strategic leader for the role of Management and Inventory Systems Manager.

Your main challenge will be to guarantee operational efficiency through excellence in quality management, rigorous inventory control, and the active implementation of methodologies that transform our processes into a benchmark standard.

Your Profile:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering professional with a specialization in Quality Management or Integrated Systems. Preferably with certification in LEAN Management and solid mastery of regulations such as ISO 9001:2015, BASC V6, and OEA. We will value your technical capacity in the advanced management of WMS systems to optimize operational traceability. It is highly valued to possess advanced skills in data analysis using IA tools for the technical management of inventory databases. Additionally, we value competencies in the automation of logistical processes and agile work methodologies, fundamental tools for the predictive analysis of our operation.

The Challenge:

Your daily functions will encompass the complete continuous improvement cycle. You will plan the maintenance of management systems, spreading the LEAN culture and coordinating BPE tools such as Kaizen, tracking boards, and Heijunka boxes. You will be the guardian of inventory accuracy, analyzing results and ensuring strict compliance with established service level agreements.

We offer an indefinite-term contract with remuneration that will depend on your experience and training according to what is described, complemented by an extralegal transport allowance of $250,000. The position is on-site, located near the Siberia toll. We require an 80% conversational English level to interact effectively in our global logistical environment.
